Marc joined the Company in 2017. Marc is also the founder of Miroma Ventures, an investment and management company focused on focusing on investment into consumer brands and media platforms. Marc is also CEO and Founder of The Miroma Group, a global group of media and marketing agencies defined by their agility and challenger thinking, uniquely placed to unlock value and drive growth for their clients.

Paul has served as Chief Investment Officer of The Miroma Group since 2015. Paul began his career in Investment Banking at Citigroup in London. He worked in the corporate finance division on capital raising and M&A advisory mandates in the industrial sector. In 2006, Paul joined Sampoerna Capital to help set up the family’s private equity arm. Investments were undertaken across a range of businesses in the retail, online gaming, financial services and commodities sectors. Paul held a number of Board positions during this time including at LA-based, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

Lord Grade was awarded a CBE in 1998 for his broadcasting achievements. He has over 40 years’ experience in the entertainment industry and wider business. He has been chairman of the BBC and ITV and chief executive of Channel 4. He has chaired Pinewood Studios and Ocado, among other companies. He is co-founder of The GradeLinnit Company Ltd., prominent theatrical producers.

Sir David Michels is a well-known leading British businessman. He has extensive experience in the hospitality industry as a former Chief Executive of Hilton Group plc and was knighted for his services to the hotel and catering industry in 2006. Prior to joining Hilton he was Group Chief Executive of Stakis plc for 10 years following 20 years in the hotel and gaming industry. Sir David was formerly President of the British Hospitality Association, Deputy Chairman of Marks & Spencer plc, easyJet plc and British Land plc, and a non-executive director of various other British and overseas companies.

Charlie Lycett began his career at communications company The Outside Organisation in 2000 and in 2003 he set up The Lucid Group which became the largest online and broadcast music agency in the UK. In 2006 he became an advisor and shareholder in bebo until their sale to AOL in 2010 for $850m. At the age of 28 he was named President of RCA Records. Charlie currently co-owns Sony Joint Venture Black Butter Records, Stackhouse Management and GRADUATION*. He is a donor to the Prince’s Trust and has also served as a judge for the Radio Academy.

Linzi Kristina Allen joined the company as Group Financial Controller in 2012, becoming Finance Director in 2015. Prior to that she was at KPMG for seven years in both internal and external audit roles working across a range of clients and industries including retail, construction, manufacturing, investment funds, logistics and government.
